Burkhardt Technician came out to check a battery charge warning message and found that the battery was nearing the end of its life and recommended that we replace the battery to avoid any issues should an emergency come up and would need the battery to start the generator in a power loss situation. He explained in detail of how the battery will need to be at full charge should we need it to start the generator due to power loss. As usual Burkhardt took care of my generator needs promptly. Highly Recommended!!!
