Very unprofessional. Receptionist told us they were coming to look at our water heater that failed and to quote new installation on the same afternoon that we called them. Then a week went by and they didn’t come or call to let us know they weren’t coming. I called several times and each time I was told maybe tomorrow. My family went without hot water for a week because they can’t be bothered to communicate to their clients what they actually intend to do. Stay away.
Dishonest and unprofessional.
Called to find out how much for a replacement valve. Lady was rude treated me like a kid, if I knew what kind of valve I'd replace it myself and save money.
This two star review is for the receptionist lady. Like dang I guess I was interrupting her or something when I called.
