Matt came by, clearly identified where the leak was in two seconds. (I had spent a week looking at it and thought I figured it out). He had the parts on hand and everything was fixed on the spot. Needed a brand new Delta Faucent. Boom, Bob's your uncle. Great job!

The receptionist is rude. The workers were great. Sent out estimate without a breakdown on labor or materials. I agreed to the estimate although it wasn’t broken down because it was a estimated bill. I called to question what was labor and what was material, she because very defensive. The labor was fair, but the cost of materials ie 2 outside faucets and a piece of copper line. $350.00 for about $150. Dollars in materials.

Very unprofessional. Receptionist told us they were coming to look at our water heater that failed and to quote new installation on the same afternoon that we called them. Then a week went by and they didn’t come or call to let us know they weren’t coming. I called several times and each time I was told maybe tomorrow. My family went without hot water for a week because they can’t be bothered to communicate to their clients what they actually intend to do. Stay away.
