Biggest rip off ever. asked me for a double deposit because i had poor credit. then when i moved out they took both deposits. after i had to deal with there crap of the sewer backed up into my storage they did nothing for my stuff that was ruined just said oh sorry. Delt with no hot water for 3 weeks. So if you rent from them don't expect your deposit back
