Judy C and Carter are the same person! And they are the only good reviews ----really? Read any reviews from real renters-she is a menace to fair housing. She is only concerned with making as much money as possible of renters. She tries to intimidate families. I took her to court and WON
I have had Sandy of Burkhamer Property Services manage a rental property and I am thrilled with her services. She is prompt, efficient, and professional in all matters. I appreciate that she does her diligence to ensure that she secures renters that are responsible and take care of our property and, if they don't, she does property inspections and will even just drive-by to ensure that things are being maintained. I have never worried about our property in her hands.
