Went to Alaska on a 12 day land/ sea trip when covid was supposedly over Totally overpriced, no help filling out or forms the staff basically watched us fill out forms etc. 2 excursions planned and paid for were not even active had been canceled and burkehalter had to know about this.... We got some credit big deal lol Holland America was great rate them a 5 star Burkehalter travel has a goal and that's to do as little as possible and get all they can from you. Way over priced Look out !!

We were extremely happy with our recent Alaska cruisetour booked through Burkhalter Travel. Their team was very knowledgeable about both the cruise line and our specific itinerary, especially since our travel agent had just experienced the same trip herself. They helped us maximize our shipboard credits and assisted with booking excursions, making the whole process seamless. We also appreciated that they met with us a couple of weeks before departure to make sure everything was in order. Highly recommend!

We have had exceptional service with Burkhalter Travel this year (and in prior years to Galapagos, Ecuador). All the trips were planned in detail with explanations of the excursions suitable for our age/physical health and a summary of the itinerary was provided pre-travel. The activities/excursions and the timing was clearly laid out and tours were explained in detail along with payment due dates.
