Absolutely terrible company. They convinced me to pay the full amount for a new commercial HVAC back in October. They said if I paid the full amount, they would give me a discount. They told me it would be 2-3 weeks out. Now it is January and they have not installed it still and have been ignoring me. I finally got ahold of Dave in December and he assure me it would be completed the next week. That did not happen and now he is ghosting me again. Complete scam. Do not trust them.
I cannot recommend Burkett’s enough! When my furnace unexpectedly stopped working overnight on the COLDEST day, they went above and beyond to ensure my family was taken care of. They arrived under 2 hours after my call, offered a free diagnostic, and quickly identified the issue. I was so impressed when they immediately express-ordered the part needed for the repair and temporarily had the furnace working in the meantime. Since we were going to be without heat overnight, they kindly lent us space heaters for several rooms, w... read more
