This guy's a crook! They took our money and then took a months to put our furnace in, it was the middle of december before they installed it. They said they would be back at the very beginning of spring to put our air conditioning unit in, it did not go in until middle june. They missed appointments. They never called. They never canceled when we finally could get them to return a phone call, which would take weeks. They would cancel those appointments if they bother to call and cancel at all. I really hate that I have to post this,but I gave Dave Burkett every chance to make this right. Unfortunately he didn't. I gave him quite alot of business, and when it came time to pay him I did so in a very quick manner. He was paid within 2 days of every job.In full. The last job he did for me he didn't finish it because he said the weather had to be nicer. Ok. So... MONTHS later when it finally got nice enough to do it, he kept putting other jobs ahead of mine. If your a trucker it will be hard to find someone 719 door is locked there’s docks next to them but it’s someone else and all they will tell you is someone will come find you
Absolutely terrible company. They convinced me to pay the full amount for a new commercial HVAC back in October. They said if I paid the full amount, they would give me a discount. They told me it would be 2-3 weeks out. Now it is January and they have not installed it still and have been ignoring me. I finally got ahold of Dave in December and he assure me it would be completed the next week. That did not happen and now he is ghosting me again. Complete scam. Do not trust them.
