Very quick service late in a Saturday! Really appreciate the don’t have an off hours fee and they have a 24hr dispach. Furnaces only break when it’s cold outside!

Pretty sure these guys are under new ownership. All the older reviews are very positive as mine would be when they did the initial install. I called them about 2 years ago for a simple maintenance to my furnace. They charged me $630 for 2 capacitors and the cleaning.
Repair text showed up on timeDiagnosed problem inform me part was $697 for part Had to go pick it up at shop they only had a universal one so was going to change me 99 dollar service call 697.00 dollars for part ,researched part online original part at several places 71.00 dollars. Called burkett office to have someone inform me they have overhead cost and the price included labor. 4 screws 6 electronically connections ! Checked out and cleaned my 30-year old gas fireplace...was going to replace for $$$$....now will keep!! All OK... cost for visit $79.00!!!!
