Attempted to secure a quote on my mothers home in North Huntsville. After more than a week, and an e mail apologizing and assuring me that they would follow through, I never received a quote. Benign neglect is a process (frequently seen in racism) where someone chooses not to provide a service to you, simply ignores you, waiting for you to go away. I was able to secure a quote elsewhere in a few hours.
