Nick again, the rain has stopped, so has the leaking. reviewed my post and saw that my efforts to edit confused things. Burke's terrible building and customer support is a separate issue from my house falling into a hole and the failures of the insurance industry. They built our house in 2013, It's leaked since year 2. They've done nothing about in 12 years. It's cost us tens of thousands in repairs. we've never had enough money to replace "the worst installed roof he'd ever seen (Regal Roofing) "and he wouldn't come back unless we wanted to replace the entire roof because he would then be able to guarantee it.
