This comment is about Burke's Company negotiation style, post-contract, that shows lack of ethics and responsibility. After they took a 50% deposit and did not do the work for a year abandoning the project in the state as on the picture, I requested a FULL refund. Burke's condition for that was that I have to sign a document saying that they HAVE COMPLETED ALL THE REPAIRS TO MY SATISFACTION (when they have completed none), and remove my media review. Short of that they refused to provide a full refund.
An update: All the attempts and requests for Burke's to take the responsibility for their work and to respect the contract and their obligations have failed. This is the final response from Gary Burke: "This client will never be satisfied and if these complaints persist, Burkes Restoration will seek legal councel and options. What an amazing Job!!!! My tenant vacated and left the building full of junk and all surfaces were covered in grease. A quick call to Burkes and arranged a site inspection and the following day John & his crew were there to start the cleanup. It took only two days and now looks fresh & clean and ready to be occupied. What a great company!!!!
All we can say is, "Thank you". The entire team was incredible!!! From the first call to the completion of our basement we had nothing but amazing service. Highly recommend!!!!!
A year ago, my insurance company gave me the name of Burke’s Restoration along with a few others to do some restoration work following a flood in our basement. We got estimates from Burke’s and a few other companies not only on the insurance work but also on some private renovations for our ensuite bathroom, enlarged bedroom closet, powder room, laundry room and another room in our basement.
