Dropped my car off in an emergency situation with a smoking engine on my way to work Tuesday. Problem was diagnosed and fixed by Wednesday. Not to mention for a very fair price (my FIL who knows cars even said it was “cheap”). Everyone I spoke to in the shop was incredibly helpful, honest, and kind. Especially owner John. Would recommend Burke’s to anyone and will take my car back even though the shop is a good 15 miles from home. 10/10
John Burke and his staff are the best mechanics around! I live right next door to them and I had a problem with my Subaru. I'm pretty good with a wrench, so I attempted to fix it myself, when I ran into problems, not only did John and Leon lend me their own personal tools, but they gave me advice on how to do it right and never charged me a dime! I never post reviews, but this one is long overdue. Burke has worked on my family's cars since he opened up on Telford Pike years ago. He's fixed Chevy, Ford, Honda, Hyundai and Mercedes. Not only is the work done right, its done with honesty and at a great price. John is selfless and is always there to help out. If you can only pick one garage, pick this one. Burke is honest and fair and our lives are better because he helps us when needed. Thanks Burke!
Just had the interior of my Prius detailed after almost 10 years of ownership. (Boy did it need it!) The guys at Burke's did a fabulous job! Despite the crud, they charged me the minimum and even gave me a lift when my car was ready. What a great experience! Should have done it sooner . . .
Needed my truck inspected as it was past due. Dropped it off first thing this morning to John and had it back within hours. Staff is friendly and professional. John went out of his way to fit me in knowing it was past due and got it done in no time. I WOULD RECOMMEND TBIS SHOP TO ANYONE IN THE AREA WHO NEEDS THIER CAR WORKED IN OR A GOOD DETAIL.
John and guy's do an awesome job cleaning the car and very nice great place to go !
