OWNERS BEWARE!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. They will place newly evicted tenants in your properties and they do not care if the tenants destroy your properties. They are miserable to deal with and unbelievably unprofessional in any business dealings. They do not ask your permission before negotiating contracts, rent amounts, late payments, non-payments, etc. Their services are sub-par at best and have cost us tens of thousands of dollars over the 5 years we were with them.
