I visited Burke Williams for a firm massage and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Before we even began, my therapist repeatedly tried to upsell oils and enhancements, and she also confused my appointment type and encouraged me to upgrade. During the session, she mentioned several policies that prevented her from working on the specific muscle pain I came in for, which made the treatment feel limited and not aligned with what I booked. I visited this location yesterday for a massage and paid $360 for the service. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below what would be considered acceptable for this price point. The massage was very basic, superficial, and ineffective. I felt no relief, no relaxation, and no noticeable improvement in my body afterward.
