Always a pleasant experience coming here. Best way to wind down after a long week! The massage is relaxing and zips by too fast! In the women’s facility, I like that they have cold towels ready to use inside the sauna or heated pool. 😮💨 I cant wait to be back! It is quite pricy but well worth the occasional treat~ 💆🏻♀️🧖🏻♀️
I’ve been member for many years. The front desk staff have always been kind, and the estheticians are amazing and make every visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, my last visit completely changed how I feel about this place. When I was checking out, the manager helped me, and the way she spoke to me was dismissive. She acted annoyed, and it was clear she didn’t want to deal with me. That is not how a customer should ever be treated, especially at a spa where people come to relax.
