I’ve been member for many years. The front desk staff have always been kind, and the estheticians are amazing and make every visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, my last visit completely changed how I feel about this place. When I was checking out, the manager helped me, and the way she spoke to me was dismissive. Good overall. Service could improve though
The massage was great. Facilities tour felt rushed and shower pressure was really low and poor. Loved all the water dispensers and yummy fruit. Great amenities. Expensive parking.
