Good overall. Service could improve though
The massage was great. Facilities tour felt rushed and shower pressure was really low and poor. Loved all the water dispensers and yummy fruit. Great amenities. Expensive parking.
Got a facial by Kay we believe she is lead esthetician is not kind to other women younger than her, claims to be about energy but had VERY VERY bad energy!!! She will put a sweet fasad infront of her management but is not kind at all!!! Loved the spa very beautiful will be back but to a different person. Space is nice and clean.
Always love my treatments here. Bea is my favorite massage therapist..... she's so kind and skilled and caring.
