Wonderful spa experience! – Definitely one of the best spas I've been to. Beautiful subdued interior with luxurious spa pool, sauna, and steamroom and all the amenities you could ask for. Their 50 minute spa style facial is superb - it involves exfoliation, extractions, and an elaborate stimulating facial massage that never seems to end. Highly overrated! – When I saw that this site had marked "No" for sales pressure, I was in disbelief! I didn't recognize it at first, but when I had gone back for my second visit, I recognized INSTANTLY that I was being shuffled through an "upsell" system! Yes, that's right ... a second visit. I had a wonderful first experience, but to me, the second visit seals the deal. Great Deep Tissue Massage! – I enjoy the atmosphere of this spa. I go for the deep tissue massage, and it is wonderful. I love the showers and all the emenities. I've been to several massages in the area, but this one is my favorite.
An Excellent Time – I'm pregnant and needed to get a massage and my husband was nice enough to get one for me here. I was greeted at the front desk like they knew me and shown back to the spa. Since I'm pregnant and was told that I couldn't use the ammenities, they offered me a milk bath before my massage. It was sooo nice to be able to soak before my massage. My therapist was Linda and she was fantastic. She addressed all of the issues that I was having and kept checking to make sure that I was alright. I will be back next ... read more
No Customer Service – Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Their corporate office is horrible, which explains the lack of courtesy displayed by the crew. Horrible experience all around---don't waste your time.
