My daughter went home w/ a bloody thumb. She was under the impression that she needs a manicure which costs more than just a color change. My daughter said she does not need her skin to be trimmed, and the employee said but this is a manicure... Whoever did her nails sent her home w/. a bloody thumb, and charged her money anyway.
