Extremely poor experience. This was particularly disappointing since I used Burke before for knee issues and was satisfied. My most recent experience is less than desired. Had an experience with sciatic pain called with a medical script looking for an appointment. I was told that as soon as my insurance was verified they would get back to me later that day to schedule an appointment even though they already had my insurance information on file. No call back.
