Richard came quickly after I called. Richard is very responsive and hardworking. I am happy that our leaky faucet issue is fixed
Richard came by on short notice to check a leak that was going on with our shower. When we turned on the water main to see where the leak was coming from, we noticed a couple of other leaking parts in the plumbing system. He was quick to replace the leaking valves and some copper pipes. Going back to the shower, he was able to diagnose and isolate what the issues were. Great experience with Richard, replaced the hot water tank. Great job, efficient, quick and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend his services.
Shower faucet broke and needed to have replacement parts installed. I had all the parts needed already in advance and Richard came in and set everything up for me. He even was able to get the broken hex screw out of the old handle for me. All works as it did before! Super happy!!
