I had an emergency when my old furnace stopped working on a Sunday morning. I really appreciated that Richard was able to come over within 1/2 hour as the other places said they would take at least a day or two. He identified my problem and fixed it promptly and efficiently. Their driver blocks off my driveway, forcing me to peak out to make sure there's no traffic and almost causes a 3 way accident. I sent an email to their business asking why they're parking illegally and risking my families lives. No reply, big shocker.
I has a new countertop installed and needed to clean up a whole mess of DIY plumbing and connections, also install new sink, new taps, new garburator and reconnect coffee machine and replace old fittings. Done efficiently, beautifully neat and most important...all dry! Richard is so knowledgeable, helpful and hard working. I highly recommend him! He's been our family plumber and will continue to be!
