Recently we had Richard replace our 2 hot water tanks. His workmanship was excellent, he completed the work within the estimated time, and he hauled away the old tanks plus all his garbage. He also visited us yesterday about a water leak in our dining room ceiling. His recommendation was to document the stain and see over time if it changes, and he didn't charge us for the visit. Richard is very trustworthy and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Their driver blocks off my driveway, forcing me to peak out to make sure there's no traffic and almost causes a 3 way accident. I sent an email to their business asking why they're parking illegally and risking my families lives. No reply, big shocker.
