I had a great experience with the Richard who installed my new hot water tank. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the installation was done properly and safely. The work was completed on time, and the area was left clean and tidy afterward.Highly recommended!
Richard did an excellent job. I noticed a leak in my hot water tank one afternoon. I called Richard and he came to my house right away for an assessment. He went and got a new tank and installed it. The whole thing was done in under 3 hours! His fee was very reasonable, he addressed all of my many concerns, and he was very professional. Would definitely recommend!

I had a hot water tank burst on Saturday night, In matter of minutes I was on the phone with Richard from Burke Mountain Plumbing & Heating. He was super helpful to guide me how to stop the water, shot the gas et. Long story short, he came first thing in the morning on Sunday and gave me fair price.
