I paid over $9,000 for (2) mini-split units from Burke Mechanical last year, and one has never worked properly. It’s been leaking coolant since day one, making my primary living space unbearably warm in the summer months. Burke has been out nearly a dozen times—every “fix” lasts a couple hours or days before the unit fails again. The last straw? The best! Called them out for service and they had me up and running quickly. Much better than the other local HVAC companies in the area. Their care about customer service and their pride of work shows.
Our AC had a bad blower motor but was still under warranty 4 years after Burke installed it. I called on Thursday afternoon and they sent a crew Friday morning, identified and sourced the part, and came back to install at 5:30pm on Friday night. For a warranty part replacement they couldn’t bill for. I’m in the service industry and most companies would prioritize a billable job / customer every time. The level of service and responsiveness was incredible. Friendly and knowledgeable field techs. Can’t recommend Burke enough.
I’ve used this company for both my heating and cooling needs, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Their team was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did they address my concerns quickly, but their pricing was also much more feasible compared to other mechanical and furnace companies I had contacted. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and affordable service!
Burke Mechanical sent two great installers to install a new hot water heater today. They were conscientious, courteous and explained the process. I received two other quotes, both higher by $400 - $500. I would highly recommend this company.
