I lived at one of their properties in Sunrise,FL and not only did tell them about my concerns about the roof caving in where the bathroom was but it was also roach infested. I had to pay someone who wasn’t maintenance to help me out. The managers suck they never answer the phone and maintenance never did their job. I now have a debt in collections thanks to these CROOKS!!
Rented with these crooks for 4 years and they are the rudest people you will ever meet! The property manager is an idiot and they hire nothing but Hispanics that’s just as rude and disrespectful as they are!! Charge me to fix things and insult you in the process of trying to communicate. These people really needs to be fired!!
I live in one of their properties in Miami, FL and the ‘property manager’ DOES NOTHING! Don’t even bother to call him on the cell phone because HE WILL NOT ANSWER, even when bicycles were stolen and lockers were broken into! The ‘cleaning crew’ for the building do not know how to clean and the building is DISGUSTING! Also, SOME of the residents are a bunch of dirty people that throw stuff inside the elevator (even a broken bottle l) and DO NOT bother to pick it up! Do not apply at this apartment at all. I Applied for this apartment and August 7th I sent my application in with the application fee..took Kaylah Garcia 3 weeks to call me back and told me I got approved.....I was on my way to a family emergency at the time and couldn't take the unit. Not 100% sure this company exists. Anyways, my apartment had animals living (loudly) in the walls and a neighbor that constantly had social services and police called to their door. Would rather have lived in a tent.
