I initially worked with this firm through ARAG prepaid legal services, and during the 25 covered hours, the attorney was responsive and diligent. Once those hours were used, the level of communication and follow‑through declined sharply. After the attorney requested documents in August 2025, I delivered a full packet on August 19. I clearly asked Rebecca to make edits to the custody stipulation quickly There was time to withdraw our offer to the opposing counsel, but she ignored my request. From the perspective of negotiating from lawyer to lawyer, I understand that it doesn’t look good to retract an offer, but she was working for me. Instead she ignored me and deferred me to her paralegal for several weeks. She forced me to sign the stipulation I did not want. Paid way too much for way too little. I now have to go the arbitration process to get money back because I was billed twice based on a mistake in paperwork that was not completed/served appropriately. My mistake was not researching this attorney prior to hiring them. Now I see I am not the 1st person having to go to arbitration to get my money back. Getting charged twice for the same paperwork to be submitted to the court has nothing to do with anything I did wrong but she has no issue with billing me thousands for it. A yr ... read more

You’re better off representing yourself!! Rebecca promised the moon in the initial consultation with my daughter regarding divorce settlement from the abusive husband. Hired in 2020 all she did was charge exorbitant rates and did almost nothing. The case was delayed for months because of her inaction. Due to a lack of communication and failure to answer questions, my daughter had no idea the delay was Rebecca’s negligence.
