I want to give a big thank you to rn Cathy for her incredibly poor actions during my families time of need. Thank you Cathy for making this already hard transition worse. You were nasty and unprofessional from the time he arrived. Not welling to help said they dont cover my county and it states on there site they do . Already formed a opinion about me just over the phone without knowing how sick I really am
Its very unusual to walk into a place that is a end of life care facility and not have the over whelming sense of sadness and a smell that is distinct to a facility however this place is very peaceful and the cleaning lady must work 24/7because it always looks and smells amazing inside!
