This is my 3rd Subaru. I am from Northern NJ & stopped in during the summer to take a look at the new Crosstrek. I was met my James Hannan, who was friendly & knowledgeable. After a few emails over several months, I made the 3 hour trip to pick up my 2021 Crosstrek. I was completely at ease & there was no pressure!.. We were able to handle most of the paperwork via email which made the process a bit quicker. This has to be by far the best dealership I have done business with & they well worth the trip!
I only went there for service while I was waiting I was introduced to Al Harris he was very friendly and very helpful . He told me he try to get me out of my lease 7 months early if he could would I be interested in purchasing a new vehicle , so I said yes if he could . He worked the deal for me on the Envision , I was really happy because the vehicle was pretty much loaded with the equipment that was in it. This is the second vehicle I have leased from Burke motor group . Thank you so much .
