The technician did an excellent job! I was having an issue with the air conditioning unit in the attic, not understanding that the condensation pipe leading to the Bathroom pipes were all interconnected. A bathroom back up could potentially result in the air conditioning unit shutting down. The technician was able To create a bypass to prevent this from happening in the future. He also provided an excellent explanation on how to maintain the system.
The Technicians were impressive. They were extremely polite and explained our product.
The service and professionalism of the staff was great. Reasonable priced. !!
