Burke made a stressful event so much worse than it already was. Had a house flood and they came to do the clean up. They left our house a disatster with trash all over the plac and did not do things they said they were going to. They said they would create an inventory list of items thrown away and never did. They carelessly removed baseboards which costs us extra money so insurance did not cover as well as damaging heaters. Several items were also left damaged or broken.
Burke ER took wonderful care of us when our basement flooded. Quick service, easy to work with, great communication, fair pricing. I recommend Burke to everyone who needs Emergency Restoration services!

Scott came out to our house when our upstairs neighbor flooded our house with toilet water. He worked quickly and efficiently, and is a very personable guy. His crew came in and helped him carry out sheet rock, and carpeting that had to be ripped out. They were seriously a tremendous help, and I love that they ate a family owned and run company. The only thing that I wish I had known before were all of the services they provided, because we would have utilized some of those too! Thanks Scott!
