I’m a bit concerned and I haven’t even been seen yet. I have an appt in mid April but there is an issue I have been having that is starting to bother me so I called to see if I could get an earlier appt. I was basically told no and told to go to urgent care. I don’t even think whoever answered the phone bothered to look, it certainly seemed like they didn’t care. I hope the in office experience is better than this…I am going to give them a chance…
Plan at least 40 mins delay in your appointment. The staff rarely had a smile on their face.
are there minus 4 stars? horrible . i think he’s hates women. told me at 41 i was too far gone and needed a complete face lift. if anyone could see my drivers license photo, 15 yrs later - he would have his license revoked.
These people made me not want to see any of my doctors for a while.. I'm just now getting back to making appointments. They judge you for having Medicaid. I've been here several times for multiple different issues and they didn't help me solve a SINGLE ONE. I had either abscess or cyst, idek what because they never told me, on my leg. I told them it looks like it just needs a tiny cut and drain and it'll be okay. No, they shot steroids or cortisone into it. "It's not big enough to cut" It's still there. Years later. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was rude and after I was told the wrong information on their part, the front desk receptionist started getting shirt and frustrated with me and no apology. I’ll take my $$$ elsewhere. It’s 2024. Do better.
