I would never recommend shopping here to anyone I know. I tried preemptively to return an item that I had purchased but they ignored all forms of my correspondance (phone, email, etc.). These items aren't cheap so I was really expecting a higher caliber of customer service, only to be thrown to the way side. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, where they'd appreciate you not only as a customer, but as a person.

Bad experience as a first time customer. Ordered several items and one came damaged. Called customer service - not even an apology. They directed to send an email and work through a process with delayed response and limited human interaction. Very disappointed because they have great inventory - could have been a great relationship..
