Patient, professional, skilled and fantastic. Our home buying process with Jen and Jeanine was terrific. They were there every step of the way to support, advise and help us negotiate a deal for our new home. We worked with Jen and Jeanine to buy our home. It was wonderful from start to finish. They are knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and overall just lovely people. They helped us navigate a market we were new to and helped us understand the strategy of buying in Seattle. They had a great understanding of the homes and neighborhoods we were interested in. We found our home and are so happy. They are excellent and I highly recommend them!
I’d caution sellers if this firm is representing a buyer for your place. In my experience they represented an unqualified buyer which cost me both time and money . In this environment, it’s extremely important to make sure you have the right buyer and that they will proceed after an offer has been put in place .
The J-team!! My husband I had to sell a townhome during a VERY BAD time to sell a townhome (Q4, election year, and tons of new inventory within a mile). To complicate matters, we moved out of state before putting it on the market.
