We worked with Jen and Jeanine to purchase our dream home and look forward to working with them now to sell our old house. They are incredibly patient with our questions and are basically ALWAYS available as a team of two. When one wasn’t available, the other always was. We worked with Jen and Jeanine to buy our home. It was wonderful from start to finish. They are knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and overall just lovely people. They helped us navigate a market we were new to and helped us understand the strategy of buying in Seattle. They had a great understanding of the homes and neighborhoods we were interested in. I’d caution sellers if this firm is representing a buyer for your place. In my experience they represented an unqualified buyer which cost me both time and money . In this environment, it’s extremely important to make sure you have the right buyer and that they will proceed after an offer has been put in place .
