As a loyal customer who loved their coffee, I placed my orders via subscription, 10 lbs every two months. In early 2024, orders began not getting filled, multiple calls and empty promises, zero communication from Burke Brands ever. My November 8th, 2024 order never came, then on January 8th, 2025 they said they were 'getting it ready to ship",...still no word on April 3, 2025. Ordered Don Pablo decaf coffee (5 lbs whole bean) in July 2024 and credit card charged at that time, however, as of November 2024 my order still has not shipped. Unreliable company when it comes to shipping customer orders! Notoriously have experienced 30 to 60 days in having my orders shipped from this company.
