Great community with excellent customer service! The staff is friendly, understanding, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which is greatly appreciated. It’s nice to live in a place where the staff truly cares about the residents. Highly recommend!
I live in the park at 25 Donnelly drive in Whitney point. The driveway is horrendous. The park doesn’t maintain anything but as soon as you let your yard go a week without mowing or if you don’t weed way they give you 3 days to take care of it. They should practice what they preach. The introduction to the park is driving through endless potholes.
This company has ZERO respect for the people they rent to! They have construction workers coming and waking everyone up at the crack of dawn DAILY! SOME PEOPLE WORK NIGHT SHIFT! Will be searching for A new place to live because this is just ridiculous! Not to mention charging insane rent prices for properties that are practically falling apart with water damage and are filled with mold!
