I live in the park at 25 Donnelly drive in Whitney point. The driveway is horrendous. The park doesn’t maintain anything but as soon as you let your yard go a week without mowing or if you don’t weed way they give you 3 days to take care of it. They should practice what they preach. The introduction to the park is driving through endless potholes.
This company has ZERO respect for the people they rent to! They have construction workers coming and waking everyone up at the crack of dawn DAILY! SOME PEOPLE WORK NIGHT SHIFT! Will be searching for A new place to live because this is just ridiculous! Not to mention charging insane rent prices for properties that are practically falling apart with water damage and are filled with mold! Very pleasant experience in every way staff are helpful and friendly to work with.
I have live in Meadow Brook MHP for 15 years under various owners. The roads in the park are terrible and cause damage to vehicles even at the post 10 mph speed limit. They don't flex of bend for no reason even if it's not the tenants fault, everything is reverted to the occupants responsibility. I've been without water for weeks due them drilling a new well next to my place.
