They have zero respect for anyone, I would not recommend having them as landlords. I had to go to small claims court to get my security deposit back. (Never signed a lease, never moved in). Great community with excellent customer service! The staff is friendly, understanding, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which is greatly appreciated. It’s nice to live in a place where the staff truly cares about the residents. Highly recommend!
I live in the park at 25 Donnelly drive in Whitney point. The driveway is horrendous. The park doesn’t maintain anything but as soon as you let your yard go a week without mowing or if you don’t weed way they give you 3 days to take care of it. They should practice what they preach. The introduction to the park is driving through endless potholes.
