I’ve lived in my Burkard Homes LLC house for 6 weeks now. I always hate the reviews where someone buys a new fridge and leaves a review before it is even out of the box. What does that do for me? I’m 6 weeks in so I’ve confirmed the walls don’t fall down if I slam the front door. I’m the first house completed in the new Turley’s meadow/overlook project in Ellicott City.
