Terrible to deal with. The rent never comes on time. We were told they do annual walk throughs on our rental property and even when we asked about it they ignored us. Shannyn is the most rude confrontational person I've ever had to deal with. She picks a fight every time you speak with her. She's immature and not knowledgeable about her job at all. I don't recommend them. I'm very much disappointed with their business because of Shannon. She's the worst in the team, its beyond me why she's diligently ruining the reputation of the family business.
She is so rude and disrespectful ractist as well do not move in any of building under this company if you are person of colour ask anyone who lives there and they will say the same thing
River Heights Apartment - I like the arena and the building, it’s nice and quiet. It’s close to Rundle Park, a school, and a grocery store. Just a 5 minutes drive from Yellowhead and 10 minutes from Anthony Henday and Sherwood Park. The property manager, Laurianne, is very nice and friendly , she’ll help you with anything. Any issues are fixed right away.
Completely unprofessional and unreliable commercial property management company that threatens their own clients with litigation over the smallest issues such as dare I say it, parking infront of one’s own business. Secondly they are unresponsive to all emails we send them. I am not lying when I say I have tried to contact them for the past 2 years but they can’t bother emailing or calling me back.
