Completely unprofessional and unreliable commercial property management company that threatens their own clients with litigation over the smallest issues such as dare I say it, parking infront of one’s own business. I do not recommend this company and apparently it is not only me. I do not know anything about other managers but Shannon has very poor customer service skills and is very, very rude. I had 30% increase in the rent since the company bought the building to have my emails not answered, and very fair complaints being totally ignored. I took a look in other 1 star comments and apparently this company and Shannon in particular have an entire constellation of the them.

The place is always clean. The building manager is a very understandable person and she responds to questions very quickly. I'm proud to be here.
