Very bizarre experience had 5 folks in my house and came at 9 but scheduled appointment was at 11 and on top of that for first 20 mins they said change filter that might be issue and then one guy went and checked unit and came back told owner in front of me they are done and it looks good and then then after 5 mins one other guy walked in and came back and said there issue with coil leak and then when I confronted what happened? they said we are still testing and not done so had three different statements within 20 mins made... read more
