A month and a half ago, I went to the vet as My dog, Ripley, was not doing well. I paid over 200 dollars for the visit with no real outcome of a diagnosis expect a 1500 dollar proposal bill to pay. She sounded like a salesman wanting to sell a used car. She was probably so busy to get us pay 1500 dollars that she failed to notice that our dog is indeed dying due to her heart condition. So glad we found this clinic! – Great care in a clean, modern office with caring, professional staff. We have two cats who have received great care here. Most notable was Dr. Hetrick's help with a feral kitten that showed up at our door 2 days before a scheduled appointment for cat #1. She not only ensured that the feral cat was healthy, she gave us great tips for introducing the new cat into the home.

They really care – I have been going to Burien Veterinary Hospital for over 16 years. I live in Magnolia/Interbay and they are well worth the drive. They are friendly, caring and of course have excellent health care AND they are much more reasonably priced then anyplace in the Magnolia/Interbay area. When my dog of 16 years became ill they were so caring for my boy and me too. An excellent experience – My first impression is an excellent one. They were the only vet that could give me a same-day appt, and I called multiple vets in the Burien area. Thee staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Whitty was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this establishment.

Money first, Caring second. Greed – You can go for a regular check-up. $90. OK. But then, "we highly reccomend that you let us do this and that test, medication, etc, etc, etc. Next thing you know, your bill is $200!. If your dog has symptom of something common, they'll insist on various test, x-rays, ultra sounds, etc to test the top 15 things that could be the problem. Everyone of which cost a great deal. Best clinic I have ever taken my pets to – My family and I have been taking our dogs to Dr. Hetrich and Dr. Williams for years. They are amazingly knowledgeable and patient. They assess the situation quickly and always notify in advance whether or not additional tests or procedures need to be done. To the best of my knowledge - there has never been a case when they over-prescribed, or assigned a procedure that was not necessary. Please come back and spend more money! – I spent thousands of dollars trying to diagnose some rather simple symptoms my dog was having. After many return trips and a general lack of concern for the amount of money their misdiagnosis was costing me (SUPER expensive meds, diet limitations that of course only they could supply, repeated examinations for the same symptoms that would cost me hundreds of dollars each return visit) I ended up wanting to try another Vet. and when I mentioned my dissatisfaction nobody really seemed s... read more

Friendly staff – I have always took my pets there, the staff is excellent and Dr Lee is very honest and right to the point. she is excellent and is great with people.... Love it there

Friendly and caring staff, definitely would recommend! – I took my dog there for a hernia surgery and they were very friendly and had good follow up calls with me. My dog had no issues and they answered all of my questions and concerns. The staff was really nice and caring. The prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.
