I called to get an estimate to get a heat pump and new furnace installed. The day before they came out, my furnace quit working. When **** came out to do my estimate, I told him that my furnace had quit working. He asked me if I would like him to look at it. After he looked at it, he told me my furnace igniter was not working. He did not have the part in his truck but he said he could come back the next day and fix it for me if I wanted him to. He came out the next day as promised and replaced the furnace igniter.
