If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Drove over ***** miles to try and reset gas exhaust sensor, but it still wouldnt reset. Brought my truck in under warranty to this dealer because this part is covered under California emissions warranty in order to pass smog, but they charged me for labor and refused to replace the sensor. They put over 200 miles on my truck and still wanted to keep driving it to try and reset the sensor. I refused, went to pickup my truck and they charged me $800 for labor/gas. Do not go to This dealership. I bought a 19 ***** ****, 72,000 miles on 10/2/24. I was told $1,500 for my pilot as a trade in since that's what I was going to sell it for a few months later so I agreed. Plus $900 down. I was told $0 down over the phone. Looked at my paperwork they only gave me $1,000 for it. Did all my required maintenance for the warranty. ******* fiance purchased a 21 VW Tiguan in April, hoping wed get a reliable family vehicle as we were expanding our family. In May we started having issues with the car and have had non stop issues every month since then. Weve had to get ac repaired, brake maintenance and replaced, and had to get a new battery. DO NOT take your vehicle to their service department. They schedule you an appointment and you take it in on your appointment day and they do not service your vehicle for months. Why schedule you to bring it in if they are not ready for it? Why do these oilfield contracts trump over everyone else’s vehicles? They do their customers wrong. They lie to their customers on the phone and they never ever return your calls! They do not care!
I would watch out buying from this dealership They like to put stickers on cars that have bad frames then when you come back they tell you it doesnt pass so they can try selling you a new vehicle They have had to buy cars back from people because of the car wouldnt pass inspection just months after buying it This dealership will be reported to the Maine state police for putting stickers on vehicles just to sell them Also watch out for a certain employee that likes to tell your credit problems and if you can buy a car or not ... read more
I've experienced several months of ghosting by the dealership. I reached out to multiple people by multiple ways. I resorted to driving to the dealership to get my issue resolved. They ask me to call them, but they never answer my repeated calls. My voicemail/text messages also go unanswered. I even reached out to AutoNation and they put in a request for call back. I took my 2005 ***** dually in for repairs rear window motors ***** called and said that it was done. so, i picked it up and on my way out of the parking lot I noticed a left rear door ajar light on the dash so i pulled over and tried to shut the door It was not ajar so called ***** and e said the door lock was bad but light was not on before they replaced the window motor. he said it would be another ****** for the part plus labor i said no way so i replaced the lock with a oem lock and still light stays on now ***** won't ... read more
Lake chevy sold me a extended warranty that was supposed to cover EVERYTHING the original warranty did not cover. They tell me they need to charge me a diagnostic fee of a 190 dollars to diagnose the vehicle when the warning was on the display saying what the issue was. Please if you love your mother's and grandmother's and dont want them taken advantage of do not shop here. Bunch of smooth talking crooks.
