Very friendly staff who cares who lives there. They keep the pool and grounds clean and do not allowing partying or loitering.The grounds smell clean like fabric softener. Weird I know! Most people actually watch their kids too! I rented many apartments and I highly recommend their large floorplans and the prices are very reasonable!! JT Dunn-Visalia
I had lived at this location for a while, when it was time for me to move on, I have given my proper notice to move. 3 days before I was to hand in keys I had started to deep clean the apartment from top to bottom. Now, I do work for apartments and I can tell you that all this apartment needed was for carpet to be cleaned, but the apt was perfect!
