I have lived for a long time in this property, and I can recommend these apartments for their good conditions and for being a wonderful place away from the bustle and traffic, its location is perfect for the proximity of shops, pharmacies and the airport, the maintenance staff is effective and works with speed and quality, Melissa is friendly and sweet, she will always be willing to help you in your rental process and will advise you all the time, she is the best!! . I do not recommend this apartment to anybody. The worst leasing staff I have ever dealt with. They won’t give the security deposit back because of the floors yet we always had them in to fix it. Oh also. They will take you to court for their mess ups. They are a dumpster fire of a complex. Disgusting units and grounds. Do not waste your money on this place. You are better off living in a box.
I would not recommend this apartment to any family or friends. When we first moved in nothing was clean or fixed. The carpet had a huge stain in it, the toilets were filthy, the vent for the master bathroom was out, and the heating was not working. Before we had moved in we were told that we would get a new fridge and oven, the day that we got their the same fridge and oven that was supposed to be switched out was still there. we had called and had asked what had happened to the new fridge and oven we were meant to get and w... read more
I recently have been looking for a new place to live. The process at burgundy hills was made super easy by the staff, especially Melissa. She was super kind and helpful, which was really awesome. Would definitely recommend!
