RecommendedI been there 11years. The apartments are nice walking closets,dish washer, washer and dryer hook and Central air condition. Maintenance is there with in one day fix your need. This year they add grills and pinic table in court yard to grill out.
Just moved in to early to rate ,but love so far ,but fruit fly's!!!!!
We moved into a apartment for six years and now we live in a townhouse and really love to the quiet rather than an apartment living. The staff are super friendly
The only reason I give it a three is for the area and the convenience what it's around. The y do not like trying to keep residents and make it seem like you are always replaceable. We would feel like us renting is valued. Corporate does not care. They do not care about the people, only raising rent and forcing payment on loyal paying residents
I've lived here for 5 years, I went from Apt to town home. I love the area and especially the school district. It's getting pretty expensive to rent and I haven't seen any major upgrades to the property. I would like to see a club house or work out area for residents as most large, expensive communities have. I was told in 2012 that those things were underway but I have yet to see it happen. Other than that, Amy is great and maintenance is always one call away.
Like the the quietness and how they maintain their apartment.you have something wrong in ur apartment ( maintenance) Amy the landlord and her stuff is right on it Don't have wait like other places I have live at To get stuff fix. Amy and her stuff is polite, Friendly and Willy to help u any way to make ur stay best it can be. The apartments are clean and spacious has walk in closets and washer and dryer hookups. I been living here 8 years now in one of their 2 bedroom and there a pool and a playground for ur children to play... read more
