The focus on customer service at Burgen and Williams is outstanding. Kevin thoroughly checked my eyesight and prescriptions which was all covered by Medicare. Then delightful Jess helped me find the perfect sunglasses. There is no comparison to a locally owned business with this level of service and other chain stores. Can’t recommend highly enough.
I have been using Burgan & Williams for years now & their service and knowledge is amazing. The range of frames they have to chose from is also a great point of difference. Ebony always goes above & beyond when I am in store & for aftercare services. Amazing service 🤩 Would recommend Eb to anyone looking for updating their prescription or even just a new pair of sunglasses.
