This guy will rip you off if you let him. My dad bought a car back in April. Check engine light came on, kept on delaying the problem that had to be addressed. didn't refund the registration that was due. Had to get the DMV involved. This garage got an official warning letter from the DMV with 4 violations. I have the dmv document to prove it. Use caution if you go here. Would not recommend going here.
Burgun Automotive of Chittenango, New York is a dishonest automobile dealer. Had problems with the check engine light and catalytic converters. Had me constantly coming back. After a month of being jerked around I contacted DMV Investigators. They sent Burgun Automotive with an official warning letter with four violations.
My husband and i stand behind Burgun Automotive. My husband found matt first and recommended i go there also. I had some bad experiences at other garages in syracuse and matt was able to fix every mistake they made. Matt is a very honest mechanic who has always fixed our vehicles. We would call for an appt and he would get us in quickly. We highly recommend him to anyone that wants honest, reasonable, reliable work.
