I had Burgs out to clean the grout in my kitchen tile about a year and a half ago. They sent 2 young kids who appeared to be very inexperienced. When they were finished, not only did the grout look NO different than before they started, but they ruined the base molding on my newly installed kitchen cabinets! (See Photo)... AND I was charged approximately $300 to boot! I called a couple of times to talk to a manager and both times I was left on hold with no one taking my call.
Very prompt and courteous service. The technicians that came out to clean our living room set were very professional. We would highly recommend Burg's to anyone.

We had them come out a week ago to clean our carpets. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. They were reasonably priced and will definitely use them again!
We had Burgs out yesterday cleaning the traffic areas of our carpets in preparation for our Thanksgiving get together and they did an amazing job!! They went above and beyond for us! Will definitely be using them again!

Steve and assistant were very professional and even noticed where we had a small problem area from one of our foster dogs that regular carpet cleaner wouldn't work on. We had done 2 bedrooms, hall and livingroom and he noitced the area I wanted him to and got it clean. It wasn't that obvious so I was impressed. He went slowly to get up all the dirt not fast to just get it done. I highly recommend them.
Fantastic job! We could not be more pleased with our carpet and furniture cleaning today! We have used other big name carpet cleaning companies in the past, but they did not provide this level of service. We highly recommend Burg's, they do excellent work at a great price! Thank you so much!!!
