I've been struggling with depression and anxiety. I called this provider, only for her to tell me that she will not accept the EAP code through my insurance because she doesn't actually get paid for that. I asked "so you're saying unless you can make money off of me you're not willing to help me with my issue?" She said "I care but I want to get paid too". Esta persona, no puedo llamarla profesional por como me ha tratado por un tlf incluso me ha acusado de hacer fraude porque no supo verificar mi seguro medico y menos escuchar y dejarme explicar para verificarlo. Nada profesional ni etica para tratar a una paciente nueva. Alguien que justo me hizo ver claro que no necesito hacer terapia con alguien asi, que me hizo ver que ella necesita mas ayuda que yo. Para nada recomendable.
