The old Burgh’ers was comfy and warm and cozy. The new Burgh’ers looks like a New York subway station. I’ve seen restaurants that are industrial design that were attractive and inviting. This was not. I ordered a small hamburger which is what I usually get. It was about the size of a meatball. My drink was about an ounce short of what it used to be. I don’t think we will be back! We had our 2 year old with us. The hostess or the Server NEVER offered us a high chair we had to ask for one after 10 minutes. Ordered at 12:30 it took 1 hour and 10 minutes for the food to come out. During this waiting period the server never came back to touch base or refill our drinks. The food came and we had no silverware or napkins. had to ask the hostess for this!
