I like the area of where the building is located and the layout of my apartment. My apartment certainly isn't updated and needs a few things fixed. Also noise transfers in these apartments from other units. If possible try to get a top floor unit. Aside from that neighbors seem to mind their business and there's no mice or roaches. I only gave 2 stars because I like the area and my apartment layout.
