Norm is a loud, obnoxious, bully when it comes to mediating, real chummy with Ryan Mehl, beware if he’s mediating for you!
Norm is an outstanding lawyer. I would 100% recommend!! He's very knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. The most important thing is that he had nothing but my child’s best interest at heart. Throughout my case he and his staff have been nothing but professional and responsive. Any time I had a question or concern, Norm answered it swiftly and accurately without fail. Edit as promised. Ed has sent me a full refund and two page apology letter for the miscommunication and finger pointing. However, I do not think I would hire him myself again.

I will gladly change my review if Norm changes his tune on professionalism. I arrived at his new office only (WITH INCORRECT NAME OF LAWYERS INDOOR) to be ignored. I placed four voicemails as well as emailed Jeanne and Norm. I received my reply AT MIDNIGHT THAT NIGHT. Our meeting was scheduled for 4 pm. After trying to push blame on my for using the wrong building, which I described in detail and he now admits it was his fault. That is $283 they took from me and want to leave it up to me if I want to come back to such a mess... read more
