The owner Dennis Thomas is a two faced bully and would regularly yell at and belittle employees. Performance reviews to determine pay raise are a joke. The office environment is like a graveyard of empty cubicles filled with ancient computer equipment and dusty old engineering plans from decades ago. It was absolute misery working the office is there, I’m glad I resigned.
