Highly recommended. From beginning to end I was so impressed with the staff, their approach, professionalism, dedication and work ethic. I now have the most beautiful kitchen. Thanks to all staff including Admin, designers, planners, cabinet makers, delivery drivers, installers and tradies (I do hope I haven't missed anyone). I have had a Burgess Kitchen before and I'm delighted that they are still around. Some photos taken before window sill and cornice painting has been completed.
Took 3 weeks to say they cant do it. Secretary useless. Says to send plans and they r looking at them. Rung 5 times. Promised to ring back but didn't.
I would really like to give o star if I could. I was waiting to continue our conversation how to fix a few mistakes I been told if I pay we could continue our conversation. I payed and waited more then a week and not even a thank you very much for your business I received. This should be a very long review but I try to keep it short I think that would explain exactly what happened if I say I would like to sell my house after the installation was done. We have just had our kitchen renovated, and I would like to say how pleased we are with the how it turned out, also the tradesmen, did an excellent job, thank you Burgess for a smooth transition.
5 star all the way! Just had our 2nd kitchen installed from Burgess Kitchens & again extremely happy, from the first consult to the install. The staff are very approachable and professional, highly recommend.
