Horrible service. I gave them several chances to just do their job, which is trash pickup. They miss days, make excuses and are extremely rude. Reported to the BBB after months of issues and they came and got my can as retaliation. Horrible company.

I have been a customer of Burgess And Sons for over twenty years. This morning half of my trash, all in plastic bags was thrown in my yard. There was also a note saying if I didn’t pay my bill this was my last pickup. The entire neighborhood was the same trash left everywhere. I called the office and was told they had computer problems and didn’t send the bill for April and May. Burgess hauling allows to employees to participate in a fight with firing one and not the other whom happens to be step son and step fatherim about to post video of two employees working for this company and not acceptable. Not place is not for business acting like this
